Crimeans will spend thirteenth of their salaries on paying off debts, saving and relaxing

30% of Crimeans expect bonuses at the end of the year. Representatives of companies and employed citizens from Crimea participated in the survey of the SuperJob service.
At the end of the year, 43% of employers in Crimea will pay bonuses: 25% will pay bonuses to the entire staff, 18% will be paid selectively. In Moscow companies there will be more bonuses, and bonuses will be given to all staff more often. In St. Petersburg, they often motivate selectively. 30% of city residents expect bonuses based on the results of the year. Women hope to receive the “thirteenth” salary more often than men. City dwellers under 34 years of age are more likely than those who are older. Employees with a salary of 80 thousand rubles per month count most on bonuses.,” noted the service’s press service.
Most often, respondents expect to repay loans and debts with the help of an annual bonus (16%). For 15% of respondents, additional payments will be put aside in savings. 11% want to spend money on travel. 8% will be spent on New Year’s gifts and family needs.
