In Feodosia, a local resident was fined 100 thousand rubles for making payments with a found bank card. A 69-year-old man was found guilty under paragraph “g” of Part 3 of Art. 158 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (theft committed with causing significant damage to a citizen from a bank account).
