February 1 in Yalta, on the street. Timiryazev, the driver, driving a Foton vehicle, grossly violated traffic rules by driving into the lane intended for oncoming traffic. With a dangerous maneuver, he forced the oncoming driver to apply emergency braking to avoid a collision. A video of the violation was published on social networks.
Employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate identified the offender and conducted an inspection. He turned out to be a local resident, born in 2003. Administrative material has been drawn up against the driver under Part 4 of Art. 12.15 Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation (Driving in violation of the Traffic Rules onto a lane intended for oncoming traffic, or onto tram tracks in the opposite direction)— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The sanction of the article provides for punishment in the form of a fine in the amount of 5 thousand rubles or deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for up to six months.
