Culture workers Sevastopol will pay a million rubles under the program «Zemsky employee of culture»

Reception of documents begins on April 15, 2025.

The program provides for a one -time compensation payment of one million rubles to specialists who will move to work in rural settlements, workers’ villages, urban -type villages or a city with a population of up to 50 thousand people in Sevastopol,-quoted the press service of the Government of Sevastopol as the director of the Department of Culture Angela Sumakov.

To receive the payment, it is necessary to comply with a number of conditions:

— be a citizen of the Russian Federation.

— become the winner of the competitive selection for the replacement of a vacant position.

— conclude an employment contract with a cultural institution on a full -time conditions for a period of at least five years.

Competitive selection will allow you to choose the most qualified specialists for work in cultural institutions. The winners of the competition will have to conclude an employment contract until September 1 and sign a tripartite agreement for the provision of payment until September 15. The payment will be transferred by the Department of Culture before November 1.

Recall that the program «Zemsky cultural worker» is aimed at attracting qualified personnel to cultural institutions of rural territories and small cities of Russia.
