Dairy processing enterprises of the Crimea in the 2021 year increased the production of cheese by almost 17%.

According to Krymstat, milk processing enterprises of the Republic of Crimea for January-November 2021 produced 1.7 thousand tons of cheese, which is by 16,8% above the same period 2020 of the year.
