The prosecutor’s office conducted an inspection of compliance with legal requirements in the maintenance of children’s playgrounds and sports grounds in Simferopol. It has been established that children’s playgrounds located in the adjacent areas of apartment buildings on D. Ulyanov and First Horse Army streets do not meet the requirements imposed on them by law.
As the inspection showed, the play elements of the playgrounds have damage to the paint layer, traces of corrosion, and the edges of the play structure “slide” do not meet the requirements of state standards. In order to eliminate the identified violations, the district prosecutor filed a lawsuit against the municipal unitary enterprise «Central Zhilservis» to force the dismantling of dangerous elements of children’s playgrounds— reported the Crimean prosecutor’s office.
The prosecutor’s claims were satisfied in full. The execution of a judicial act is under the control of the supervisory agency.
