The prosecutor’s office of Evpatoria conducted an audit of compliance with the requirements of the legislation on ensuring the safety of buildings and structures. It was established that the city administration did not take measures to identify, register a ruined building in the village of Mirny, ensure the protection of dangerous areas and prevent accidents and injuries to people. In connection with the inaction of the city administration, the prosecutor’s office submitted a submission to the latter with a request to take measures to prevent unauthorized access to a dangerous facility and prevent harm. At the request of the prosecutor’s office, the territory in the forest plantation near the ruined building was fenced.
