On the website of the Main Directorate of the FSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol http://r82.fssp.gov.ru/ in the “Services” section there is a “Data Bank of Enforcement Proceedings”, which allows you to find out information about debtors as individuals , and legal entities.
To work with the “Data Bank of Enforcement Proceedings” you need to select a subsection in the search section — search by individuals or legal entities. Date of birth for an individual is required to be filled out. If you have information about the number of enforcement proceedings, you can obtain information from the “Data Bank of Enforcement Proceedings” through the section “Search by number of enforcement proceedings”. If the person or organization being inspected has unpaid debts, then a table with the debtor’s data will appear on the website, which indicates the number of the enforcement proceeding and the details of the writ of execution, as well as the name of the bailiff unit of the territorial body of the FSSP of Russia in which the enforcement proceedings are located and the contact details of the bailiff -performer— reported the press service of the GUFSSP of Russia for the Republic of Crimea and the city of Sevastopol.
