This evening (at 18:00) an accident occurred in the Bakhchisarai region in which a motorcyclist died. According to the traffic police, the tragedy occurred on the Peschanoye – Pochtovoye highway in the village of Vilino.
The driver of a sports motorcycle, born in 1987, moving from the side. Postal in the direction of the village. Peschanoye (he was without a motorcycle helmet and protective equipment), while performing a maneuver (overtaking in a place where it is prohibited), drove into the oncoming lane, where he collided with an oncoming Daewoo Matiz car, driven by a driver born in 1984. As a result of the accident, the motorcycle driver died on the spot— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
Employees of the State Traffic Inspectorate of the Bakhchisarai region worked at the scene of the accident. An investigation is being carried out and the circumstances of the incident are being clarified.
