“Debtor” raids on the roads of Greater Yalta
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate, together with bailiffs, conduct “Debtor” raids.
As part of the activities carried out on December 20 and 22 of this year, employees of the Yalta State Traffic Inspectorate, together with bailiffs, identified two debtors. The first owner of the vehicle, an individual, had a debt in enforcement proceedings totaling 110,000 rubles. The second owner of the vehicle, a legal entity, did not pay fines for violating Russian traffic regulations in the total amount of 4,000 rubles.
Employees of the Federal Bailiff Service drew up an inventory of the seizure of the vehicle. A car belonging to an individual was left by the debtor for safekeeping. His property will be transferred for sale if the debtor does not repay the debt within the period established by law. A legal entity has been issued an act prohibiting the right to drive this vehicle until the requirements of the writ of execution are fulfilled in full— reported the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Crimea.
The State Traffic Inspectorate reminds that evasion from paying a fine entails an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.25 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation, where the judicial authorities decide to impose punishment in the form of an administrative fine in the amount of twice the amount of the unpaid administrative fine, or administrative arrest for up to 15 days, or compulsory work for up to 50 hours.
The next Debtor raids will take place in Crimea from December 25-28.
