Debts — descendants: the recipients of the inheritance want to be exempted from fines for delay in the loan

At the meeting of the State Duma of Financial Markets, the State Duma of the State Duma was supported in the first reading a bill, offering banks to accrue fines for delay on loans during the death of the borrower and the opening of the inheritance.
As one of the authors of the initiative, deputy Natalya Kostenko, now, now the heirs, having not yet received assets, have already been fines for loans that may not even know to banks:
We have been proposed for these six months between the death of a person and entering into the inheritance to legally prohibit banks to accrue penalties for delay in payments.
Anatoly Aksakov, Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Financial Markets, agreed with the necessity and logic of this initiative.
