In Simferopol, a 40-year-old local resident was convicted of damaging someone else’s car. The court found that in September 2022, a man, while on Bela Kun Street in the Crimean capital, saw a VAZ 2107 car parked on the sidewalk.

Outraged by the presence of the car in a pedestrian zone, the man struck it multiple times with his feet and stones, resulting in material damage in the amount of about 10 thousand rubles to the owner of the vehicle.— said the prosecutor’s office.

The court, taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, sentenced the perpetrator to 1 year and 4 months of suspended imprisonment with a probationary period of 2 years.
