Demand for vacation in Crimea has reached record values. And this is over the past three years

The demand for reservation in Crimea this summer has grown one and a half times compared to 2024 and double compared to 2023. This makes the republic the fastest-growing tourist area among all Russian regions-such conclusions were shared by the specialists of the service of online boards and apartments of the island.
Crimea also made a leap in the top of the most popular areas in the number of reservations — from the 13th position, which he held last year, to the 8th rating. According to island, the largest increase in the reservations is recorded on the west coast of the peninsula. Demand for one of the most popular areas — Sevastopol and Balaklava — increased more than doubled compared to last season. The number of reservations in Nikolaevka increased by 59%, in the city of Saki and Yevpatoria — by 40%.
Among the resorts of the southern coast, Russian tourists began to choose Alushta more often — an increase in the number of reservations is more than one and a half times, Alupka and Gurzuf — by 40%, Simeiz and Yalta — by 26%, Koktebel and New World — by 10%.
In the east of the peninsula, Kerch with an increase of 67%is especially distinguished, followed by a pike perch with an increase of 57%and Feodosia — by 25%.
In general, the top of the most popular areas in the number of booking this summer include Yalta, Sevastopol, Sudak, Theodosius, Alushta, Evpatoria, Simferopol, Kerch, Koktebel and Gurzuf.
As noted in the island, Crimea also strengthens the position as a family direction — this year every third reservation for the season includes one child or several (33%). For comparison, last year, the share of such reservations was 31%, in 2023 — 29%.
“Tourists go to the peninsula from all over the country, mainly by their own transport and choose well -known resorts with developed infrastructure — for example, Yalta, Sevastopol, and small resort villages and cities. Such places are ideal for relaxation with children or for calm leave away from noisy locations. The impetus for the growth of demand this year also gave the fact that Crimea became one of the alternatives to the Black Sea resorts of the Krasnodar Territory. We see that the interest in the region by the end of summer does not weaken: the demand for the velvet season in Crimea is already exceeding last year’s indicators by more than 70%, ”said Daria Kochetkova, the managing director of the island.
The average cost of a booked night in the Crimean placement facilities for this summer is 5,900 rubles — 18% higher than last year (5,000 rubles).
The most budgetary coastal directions include Kerch, where the average cost of the night has 3,800 rubles, as well as Saki (4,000 rubles) and Zaozernaya village near Yevpatoria (4,100 rubles).
Up to 5,000 rubles per night, tourists cost a vacation in Koktebel (4,300 rubles), Feodosia (4,500 rubles), Nikolaevka and Sudak (4,600 rubles), Massandra (4,700 rubles) and a little alphabet (4,900 rubles). Tourists pay more than 5,000 rubles in hotels and apartments of Sevastopol (5,400 rubles), Yevpatoria (5,500 rubles), balaclava (6,600 rubles) and Simeiz (7,200 rubles).
In a higher price segment — Korea (8,000 rubles per night), Yalta (8,600 rubles), New World (8,900 rubles) and Gurzuf (10,000 rubles).
According to the island, on trips to Crimea, tourists most often prefer guest houses — such deployment facilities account for 36% of the reservations and hotels without stars (31%). They perform every tenth reservation in apartments (11%) and category of three stars (10%). Less commonly, tourists choose hotels of one and two stars (5%), four -star and five -star hotels (in the amount of 4%), villas, cottages and campsites (in the amount of 2%), hostels (1%).
