The governor of Sevastopol now officially has a first deputy. Today, deputies of the Legislative Assembly reviewed and agreed on the candidacy of Alexey Parikin for this position. Mikhail Razvozhaev does not hide his satisfaction:

Alexey Nikolaevich has been working in my team from the very first day. Since 2019, he has supervised various areas, successfully coping with the most complex tasks. Today he oversees the execution of the city budget, the implementation of the program for the socio-economic development of Sevastopol, infrastructure issues, and also coordinates the work of the deputy governors: Pavel Aleksandrovich Ieno, Evgeniy Sergeevich Gorlov, Maxim Aleksandrovich Zhukalov, departments of administrative affairs, agriculture and consumer market, tariff management and veterinary department. Responsible for the development of basic infrastructure (roads, networks) and spatial development of the city. I cannot help but note that over the past few years, budget discipline in Sevastopol has increased significantly, and this is his direct merit.

According to the governor of Sevastopol, today the city authorities are on the threshold of a new stage — the transition to strategic planning, largely related to the adoption of the general plan and a new development strategy for Sevastopol.

Work on the general plan is now approaching the final stage, we will soon move on to the active phase of discussion and, I hope, we will adopt it next year. And Alexey Nikolaevich is exactly the person who is able to coordinate interdepartmental interaction at all levels — for the implementation of projects and tasks of city developmentemphasized Mikhail Razvozhaev.

In turn, Alexey Parikin spoke about the results of his work over previous years, the main areas that he will deal with as first vice-governor.

I will begin my report with words of gratitude to all those with whom I have been working for more than four years. I would like to say a special thank you to the deputy corps. You always focus on the most important and difficult problems and questions raised by the residents of our city. All achievements are our joint work.,” Alexey Parikin noted in the session hall of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol.

The deputies asked their questions on relevant areas. They concerned quality control of design work, the activities of unprofitable enterprises, and the main directions of development of the regional economy.

Alexey Nikolaevich has been successfully performing the functions of the First Deputy Governor for a long time, coordinating the actions of departments and departments in the field of finance and economics, which allows the head of the city to make effective decisions on certain issues. Alexey Nikolaevich is always open to dialogue, participates in meetings of committees and commissions, sincerely tries to find a solution to any problem, paying special attention to filling the budget and finding new sources of income— noted the Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Sevastopol Vladimir Nemtsev.

As a result, deputies by a majority vote supported the approval of the candidacy of Alexey Parikin for the post of first deputy governor of Sevastopol.
