In Sevastopol, under the leadership of the commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Vice Admiral Viktor Sokolov, a meeting of the Military Council of the Fleet was held.
According to the press service of the Southern Military District, during the meeting, reports were heard on the state of law and order, military discipline and the safety of military service, issues of interaction between commanders of formations and units with the Regional Branch of the All-Russian Military-Patriotic Public Association Yunarmiya were discussed, and the activities of the Fleet Administration were analyzed for consideration of applications from military personnel and members of their families.
The Commander of the Black Sea Fleet, Vice Admiral Viktor Sokolov, presented a number of servicemen with state awards of the Russian Federation and departmental awards of the Russian Ministry of Defense , the press service of the Southern Military District notes.
The servicemen were awarded: orders: Courage, Alexander Nevsky, «For Merit to the Fatherland» IV degree with swords, «For Naval Merit», medals of the Order «For Merit to the Fatherland» II degree, medals «For Courage», Suvorov and Ushakov.
