“Dialogue on equal terms”: the Crimean minister invited Moscow students to practice

As part of the decade of tourism, a “Dialogue on equal terms” took place today at the exhibition-forum of achievements “Russia”. Minister of Resorts and Tourism of Crimea Vadim Volchenko met with MSU students. Future hospitality specialists learned how the tourism industry of the peninsula is developing and received an invitation to practice.
According to Tourist portal of Crimea, the peninsula’s stand at VDNKh was visited by students from the Department of Recreational Geography and Tourism of Moscow State University. The guys met with the Minister of Resorts and Tourism of the Republic of Crimea Vadim Volchenko and took part in the “Dialogue on Equals” with him. Future specialists in the field of hospitality were interested in popular types of tourism in Crimea and asked about what makes it attractive at different times of the year. The minister spoke about achievements in the relevant field and whether there are employment opportunities for students in the Crimean tourism industry.
A separate topic for discussion was the activities of the Tavrida art cluster and its year-round educational center, which began operating in 2023. There, young representatives of culture, art and creative industries receive specialized professional education under the supervision of recognized industry leaders and take part in interactive projects prepared in collaboration with leading institutions and corporate partners. Vadim Volchenko told students how to get to the training. And in order to get a better feel for Crimea, he invited them to practice and relax.
