Crimeans highly appreciated the quality of provision of state and municipal services through the single portal of State Services. Residents rated their satisfaction with the work and services of the portal as 4.16 points out of 5. In 2023, the number of applications submitted online also increased — more than 500 thousand were sent electronically. This figure is 2 times higher than the data for 2022.
