The Leninsky District Court of the Republic of Crimea issued a ruling in the case of an administrative offense under Part 1 of Art. 20.3.3. Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation 22-year-old Crimean resident living in the village. Bondarenkovo, Leninsky district, for committing public actions aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens.
During the consideration of the case, it was established that on August 31, 2023, the offender, while at home, using the Internet, on the YouTube video hosting during a live broadcast (broadcast), expressed obscene language against the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, which he carried out a public action aimed at discrediting the use of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation in order to protect the interests of the Russian Federation and its citizens, maintaining international peace and security. At the court hearing, the offender fully admitted his guilt and repented of his crime.— reported the press service of the court.
The court, having comprehensively studied the case materials, taking into account the circumstances of the offense and information about the citizen’s identity, imposed a fine of 50 thousand rubles.
