Candidate Master of Sports Dmitry Zakharov from Simferopol became the bronze medalist of the Russian Cup in athletics in the 3000 meters hurdles. Competitions on July 14-15 were held at the Meteor stadium in Zhukovsky near Moscow.
The result of the pupil of the State Budgetary Institution of Education of the Republic of Crimea «School School of Athletics No. 1» — 9.00.43 min. International class master of sports Maxim Yakushev from the Sverdlovsk region won this type of program (8:47.55 min.). Candidate Master of Sports Nikita Shevtsov from Yalta took fourth place in the long jump (7.42 m). Yuri Ozhgibesov from the Voronezh region excelled here with a score of 7.86 mnotes «Crimean sport».
The competition was attended by leading athletes from 65 regions of the Russian Federation, as well as from Belarus.
