The purpose of the implementation of the work on the prevention and prevention of violations of the Rules of the Russian Federation that contribute to the commission of traffic accidents with grave consequences, the identification and prosecution of drivers who are malicious violators, persons drive vehicles intoxicated.

During the raids, the inspectors of the road-patrol service, along with the usual service of the service, will use the so-called “mass inspection” method, the essence of which is to check the maximum number of drivers on a specific section of the road for a certain period of time, and then move to other points and repeat the procedure. Employees of the State traffic inspectorate in predetermined places will stop cars in special stopping corridors indicated by signal cones. At the same time, traffic inspectors on visual signs will evaluate the condition of each driver. In the absence of signs of intoxication (the smell of alcohol, inadequate behavior, the incoherence of speech, etc.), drivers will immediately allow the continuation to continue driving. If there are sufficient grounds, to believe that the driver is drunk, procedural actions will be carried out, -reported in the press service of the State traffic inspectorate of the Republic of Crimea.

The traffic police reminds drivers that for driving in a state of intoxication, transferring the management of the vehicle to a person who is intoxicated, as well as for the driver’s non -fulfillment of the requirements for a medical examination for intoxication, administrative liability is provided for in the form of a fine of 45,000 rubles with deprivation of the right to drive vehicles for a period of 1.5 to 2 years. For re -commissioning during the year of the above offenses, criminal liability is provided under Art. 264.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
