Do not let the scammers deceive yourself: the information campaign «Put the pipe!» Sevastopol is involved

Sevastopol joined the large -scale information campaign «Put the pipe». Its goal is to tell about the common tricks of telephone scammers and teach citizens to avoid them.

Sevastopol resembles that the most effective way to resist the attackers is to ignore calls from suspicious numbers.

Put the phone right away if when you call:

• ask to name the data of a bank card
• demand to inform the code from SMS
• insist on transferring money to a «safe account»
• Offer to follow the link
• scare the hacking of public services

The educational project is carried out jointly by the Central Bank of Russia, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Prosecutor General of the Russian Federation.
