More than 400 doctors, paramedics, nurses, obstetricians and other honored doctors were awarded letters of thanks and diplomas. 65 specialists were rewarded with certificates and thanks from the Ministry of Health of Russia.

Dear friends, colleagues. First of all, let me convey to you the most sincere congratulations from the Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev, from the team of the Government of Sevastopol. Today, on your professional holiday, we are talking about the fact that quite recently such a serious test fell on your shoulders — the coronavirus pandemic. You coped more than worthily, saved thousands of lives, for which I thank you very much. We still have many tasks ahead of us, and every day you accomplish a peaceful feat, increase your knowledge, and thanks to this, there are more and more opportunities for saving lives. Thank you for your daily work! Happy holiday! Alexander Kulagin addressed the audience.

Throughout the solemn event, words of gratitude to the doctors for their noble work and dedication to their work sounded from the stage.

Today we celebrate the day of the medical worker. I would like to note that healthcare workers are not only doctors, paramedical and junior medical personnel, they are also drivers, accountants, economic, economic and legal services. Our doctors work selflessly, often to the detriment of themselves and their families — this was especially shown by the pandemic. People remember and appreciate it. We still have a lot of work ahead of us to solve important problems, but we will cope with everything, we are on the right track. I want to wish all the best to the medical workers, love your profession, fill your every day with happiness and joy, love and take care of yourself. Together we will succeed. Happy holiday! — Vitaly Denisov, Director of the Department of Health, congratulated the doctors.

At the end of the event, the festive mood and positive emotions were presented to those present by the creative teams of Sevastopol.
