Documentation for the layout of the market area at the entrance to the central part of Balaklava has been approved

At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, chaired by Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev, a project for planning and land surveying of the territory of part of the cadastral quarter 91:01:001002 in the area of ​​Novikova, Raketnaya, 40 Let Oktyabrya streets in Balaklava was approved.

The projected area is located at the entrance to the central part of Balaklava, the area of ​​the territory is 1.16 hectares. Currently, the territory is chaotically built up mainly with baseless market buildings, commercial buildings, and public utility buildings.
