The work on digitization of documents in the department of archival affairs in Yalta began in the 2021 year.
Within the framework of the contract concluded with NPO EXPERIENCE JSC, an array of archival files is being converted into electronic form by scanning and creating database records based on the information contained in the documents. In the future, this will ensure the possibility of their accounting and will facilitate the search for information and the processing of incoming requests. It is planned to complete the work before November of this year , — note in the Department of Archival Affairs of the Yalta Administration.
In particular, documents of the Yalta City Council and its executive committee for the period from to are being converted into electronic form. year and the Gurzuf settlement council and its executive committee for the period from to 2014 year in the number of 2238 storage units. In total, within the framework of the activities of the municipal program “Improving the archives of the municipality of the city district of Yalta of the Republic of Crimea”, thousands of documents should be digitized, which will simplify and speed up the work of employees Department of Archival Affairs.
