Documents formed in Sevastopol until 2014 will be transferred to the notary chamber of Sevastopol
Krympress reports:
At a meeting of the Government of Sevastopol, the draft law “On Archival Affairs in the city of Sevastopol” was approved.
In fact, this is the first step towards streamlining the storage, completion, accounting and use of notarial documents that were formed in Sevastopol to Russian Spring, — They note in the notarial chamber of Sevastopol.
Until today, federal legislation has not regulated the issue of what to do with the documents of the Ukrainian period in Sevastopol. Now they are stored in private notaries of the city of Sevastopol, but the process of working with them should be unified, and this process should be under the supervision of a single body — the notary chamber of the city of Sevastopol.
Therefore, now, after approval by the government, the bill will be submitted to the Legislative Assembly, and after the adoption of the law together with the notarial chamber, the procedure for storing and using documents will be developed.
The Governor of the city of Sevastopol Mikhail Podvozhaev instructed colleagues from the Department of Management of the Governor and the Government of Sevastopol to carefully work out this procedure so that the procedure for transferring all the documents is strictly regulated and ensured the possibility of their further storage, recruitment, accounting and use.
