What irritates recruiters in Crimea the most in resumes are the words “stress resistance” and “communication skills.”
“He writes “responsible” and doesn’t show up for an interview,” one in four recruiters named annoying phrases from their resumes. Representatives of companies from Crimea took part in an open survey of the service for finding high-paying jobs SuperJob. 25% of hiring managers complained about words and phrases on resumes that irritated them. In the top 5 are stress resistance, communication skills, responsibility, ease of learning and “do not call.” 19% of recruiters noted that they are irritated not by specific phrases in their resumes, but by illiteracy and design errors, for example, blank fields, unclear abbreviations, incorrect photos. Resumes without indicating salary expectations are also criticized.,” noted the press service of the SuperJob service.
But most company representatives are loyal to all resumes. And this attitude is typical for an increasing number of employers (52%).
