Dopetegoria of persons who are exempted from paying state duty when filing a statement of claim to the court have been determined

It is provided for the exemption from the payment of the state fee upon appeal to the Supreme Court of the Russian Federation, the courts of general jurisdiction, the magistrate courts when applying with applications for establishing facts with legal significance, the following persons, in particular: war veterans, mobilized citizens, military personnel of some law enforcement agencies, volunteers, and participants in their own.

Also, the law defines a list of documents submitted to citizens to confirm the right to the specified benefit.
