CrimeaPRESS reports:
In the Crimea, the police conducted another verification raid «Migrant». Simferopol police officers delivered 31 citizens to the regional departments. Of these, 29 people turned out to be citizens of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 1 was a citizen of the Republic of Belarus, and one stateless person was also identified (documented by a USSR passport). In relation to 20 citizens, the police officers drew up 31 protocols on administrative offenses: 12 protocols under Art. 18.8 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation “Violation by a foreign citizen or stateless person of the rules for entry into the Russian Federation or the regime of stay (residence) in the Russian Federation”; 10 protocols under Art. 18.10 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation «Illegal employment by a foreign citizen or stateless person in the Russian Federation»; 9 protocols under Art. 18.11 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation «Violation of immigration rules»— reported in the Ministry of Internal Affairs for the Republic of Crimea.
