Drug dealers were punished in Yevpatoria. The court was strict but fair

In Yevpatoria, residents of the region were sentenced to long terms of imprisonment for attempting to sell synthetic drugs. The court found that three convicts became members of an organized criminal group.
According to their assigned roles, they received coordinates with wholesale batches of narcotics from their supervisor, after which they packaged them into small doses and placed them in hiding places, the coordinates of which they sent to the supervisor.
Between October and December 2023, they received about 242 g of N-methylephedrone, which they attempted to sell, having set up 8 hiding places. After which they were detained by employees of the internal affairs agencies. During the investigative actions at the place of residence of the convicted persons and on them, 96 foil packages containing 237 g of N-methylephedrone were found— reported the Crimean prosecutor’s office.
The court, taking into account the position of the state prosecutor, sentenced the perpetrators to various terms of imprisonment from 6 years 6 months to 9 years 6 months of imprisonment to be served in correctional colonies of general and strict regimes.
