Dry vegetation is burning near the Karadag Nature Reserve in Crimea

A fire is breaking out near the Karadag Reserve. The city administration is taking prompt measures to help localize the fire. We ask all concerned residents who are near the fire to join in providing assistance — water delivery, firefighters to the fire site on off-road equipment, — the message says.

The press service of the Main Directorate of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Crimea told TASS that a report of a fire in dry vegetation in the village of Koktebel on Blok Street, 22 was received at 11:06 Moscow time. Two firefighting units were sent to the scene. The preliminary area of ​​the fire was 2 hectares.
