A mega-resort will be built in Crimea with 17 hotels and the largest embankment in the country, which will stretch from Sak to Evpatoria. Writes about this «Russian newspaper».
Author of the article Sergey Vinnik notes: in Crimea, the creation of two new year-round resorts began at once — “Golden Sands of Russia” and “Crimean Riviera”. They will become an integral part of the federal project “Five Seas and Lake Baikal”. The new resort will have the largest embankment in Russia — over 20 kilometers. In one season, up to a million tourists will be able to relax here.
In just six years, the year-round resort “Golden Sands of Russia” will welcome its first vacationers. On an area of 213 hectares there will be 17 hotels ranging from three to five stars, a promenade throughout the resort, outdoor and indoor swimming pools, spa complexes, areas for various types of recreation, water parks and many other entertainment infrastructure. The beaches alone will occupy 45 hectares at the new resort.
Work has begun. The Golden Sands resort has prepared territory planning documentation. From the second half of the year, specialists will begin developing a master plan. At the same time, the formation of land plots where the project will be implemented began,” the head of the Crimean parliament, Vladimir Konstantinov, revealed the details. — The design of the embankment is already underway.
The federal budget will invest about 13 billion rubles in the project, and private investors — about 60 billion.
The Crimean Riviera project will be located in Saki on an area of 13 hectares. The four-star complex is planned to have 840 rooms. The investor plans to invest about 16 billion of his own funds in the resort. The resort should welcome guests as early as 2028. Work is already underway here too. Over time, both resorts — “Crimean Riviera” and “Golden Sands” should close together along the coastline, forming the longest embankment in Russia — more than 20 kilometers.
