Not only individual classes, but also one school are closed for quarantine.

In Crimea, more than 3 thousand schoolchildren were transferred to a distance learning format after classes were closed for quarantine due to ARVI. This is reported with reference to information from the Republican Ministry of Education TASS.

128 classes in 46 schools have been closed for ARVI quarantine; 3,179 people are studying in these classes; they have been transferred to distance learning. In 29 kindergartens, 44 groups are closed, with 913 pupilsthe message says.

The ministry clarified that in the Pervomaisky district one school is completely closed due to quarantine.

The Interregional Department of Rospotrebnadzor clarified that over the week the level of acute respiratory viral infections in Crimea increased by almost 40%, more than half of the patients were adults.

Over the past week, 8,496 cases of acute respiratory infections were registered in the Republic of Crimea. Hospitalization rate is 4.1,” said the agency’s interlocutor.
