The fact that the work of the Kerch ferry crossing was suspended due to bad weather was reported in Telegram channel Minister of Transport of Crimea Nikolai Lukashenko.
At 12:10 the operation of the Kerch ferry crossing was suspended due to unfavorable weather conditions— quotes the message TASS.
The Main Directorate of the Russian Ministry of Emergency Situations for the Republic of Crimea announced a storm warning from January 8 to January 10. Heavy rain, frost, snow and ice are forecast for the region. According to the forecast, on January 9, wind gusts can reach 25 m/s; on January 10, frosts are expected — up to -13 degrees at night, up to -6 degrees during the day.
