During the year, the authorities of Crimea received almost a quarter of a million requests from citizens
CrimeaPRESS reports:
Work with citizens’ appeals should be carried out by officials openly and personally, which will help resolve emerging problematic issues as soon as possible. This opinion was expressed by the Head of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov.
He noted that Crimeans daily receive many appeals to the Council of Ministers of the Republic of Crimea, executive bodies and local governments. In total, more than 244 thousand requests were received in 2023.
I personally review the messages that citizens send to my official pages on social networks, and for each of them I contact the ministers of the Republic of Crimea and heads of administrations. I recommend that my colleagues work with citizens’ appeals in the same way.— emphasized the Head of the Republic.
Sergei Aksyonov explained that openness and personal participation of managers in working with citizens’ appeals is often the key to quickly resolving problematic issues. This mainly applies to problems that do not require large financial investments.
In addition, the work of managers with citizens’ appeals in emergency situations is especially important. Elimination of the consequences of bad weather in November clearly showed how this process is organized in municipalities. This is why all senior officials should have messages and comments open on social media pagesconcluded the Head of Crimea.
