Each second company of Crimea hires retirement employees on a common basis

Today, each second company (51%) hires retirement employees on a common basis, another 32% considers their time from time to time or in individual positions. In the conditions of personnel hunger, the removal of barriers in hiring is true tactics.
Most often, the residents of the Crimea of the retirement age are opened by vacancies in industries faced with the greatest shortage of labor — these are the positions of drivers, qualified workers, engineers, sellers and storekeepers.
Today, a lot of attention is paid to various practices to reduce staff turnover, including the personnel retention system. Employees who retired, employers are also trying to keep from leaving the company: every fourth organization reported that the practice of holding retirement workers has been operating for a long time, and every tenth employer began to use such measures only recently.
