Each second employer of Crimea offers interns work in the staff

In a survey of the Search for highly paid work Superjob Employers and young people under 27, who have an internship experience, took part.
Most companies are open to interns: now 68% of employers accept young specialists for internships, while 28% have clearly developed programs, 40% do not yet have a systematic approach.
Every second employer (53%) reports that it offers employment to the staff most participants in the internships. Another 21% of companies make such offers less than half of the interns, and 24% are limited to jobs only for the most outstanding candidates.
During a survey of residents of Crimea under the age of 27 with experience in internships, it turned out that 67% of them received work in the company where they underwent internships, another 15% abandoned the employer’s proposal to work in the state.
Most youth (67%) consider internships mainly as a way of gaining practical experience.
