In the first half of the day on July 24, while visiting the water park, a 6-year-old child freely entered the adult swimming pool, where, in the absence of a lifeguard instructor, he jumped from the side and was completely immersed in the water, resulting in his clinical death. The workers of the complex did not take any measures to save the boy; he was pulled out of the water by visitors to the water park. Thanks to the measures taken by promptly arriving doctors, he was able to be revived. However, as a result of the incident, the child’s health was seriously harmed, he was recognized as a group I disabled person, and long-term rehabilitation was indicated for him.
The criminal investigation has now been completed. Sufficient evidence has been collected regarding the accused. The materials were sent to the prosecutor’s office in order to approve the indictment and transfer the case to court.
