Ecological plant is operating in Crimea — they create improvement facilities from secondary plastic

All this is made from recyclables-old construction bags, boxes of vegetables and even lids from bottles. A mineral composite, sand sand and quartz agglomerate, and pigments are attached to plastms. Very durable products are obtained at the exit — they are resistant to the influence of the external environment, do not fade, do not lose their appearance, they are easy to wash from dust. In general, this material is better than wood, metal and concrete and more economical for those who operate these products, whether it be municipality or tenants of beaches.

Such a bench serves for at least 20 years. Our production processes raw materials of 2-4 categories, these are polyethylene, which we use in an ordinary environment-packages, a stretch film into which we pack our food. The melting temperature is not so high that the packages emit harmful formaldehydes. We have a certificate of Rospotrebnadzor on the safety of finished products and production, we have passed all the tests, — RIA Novosti Crimea told the director of the enterprise Alla Nyrova.

On different machines, you can make products of various shapes and different qualities: full -bodied products without voids are resistant to vandalism and unplanned movements, and hollow can reduce the constructive load.

Our designs were first used in the village of Zaozernaya near Evpatoria on the beach area, in an aggressive environment. A year passed, nothing happened to them. We supply our products to Kaliningrad, Moscow, Moscow Region and other regions of Russia. In Moscow, for example, Fili Park and Voroshilovsky Park are being landscaped, they are reconstructing stairwells there with our materials— said Nyrova.

The plant has the opportunity to work on individual orders — because from such a material the form of canopies or pots for flowers can be very different, even fantasy — all at the request of the customer. And because of the fortress, it can also be used for production in the constituent elements of complexes of the anti-terror type, sleepers of railway networks, drainage grilles, and so on.

We plan to expand the line, increase the number of press forms. We also want to become a resident of the industrial park in Feodosia — to build a good, large and spacious workshop in which all our directions can get along— says Niverova.

The company also considers the opportunity to take advantage of the support measures from the state.

Our main support measures are loans at low interest on the Crimean Industry Development Fund. The fund has recently been Decapitalized by 300 million, and all coming enterprises can receive a loan at low interest— added the head of the industrial complex of the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Crimea Denis Maltabar.
