In 2024, the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Crimea conducted a review-competition for the best single duty dispatch service. Experts took into account several criteria. According to the results of the vote of the competitive commission, the OPDS Simferopol was awarded with an honorary diploma.

The unified duty dispatch service operates around the clock. Service employees carry out reception, registration and processing of appeals that come from citizens. About 200-300 appeals are received daily.
