In 256 year, citizens of Russia, whose work or business activities are carried out on the territory of the Republic of Crimea (except for the city of Sevastopol), had the opportunity to receive training at the expense of the state. Training takes place in a mixed full-time-correspondence form in the amount of 256/ 144 hours. At the end of the course, students defend their project and receive a diploma or certificate of the established form with entry in the Federal Register.
