Previously, experts revealed how to receive compensation for housing and communal services. It is clarified that a reduction in the cost of housing and utilities can be carried out in two forms: a reduction in fees for housing and communal services or compensation for expenses already incurred. In the second case, the full payment amounts will be indicated in the payment receipt, excluding discounts. Invoices must be paid in full first; part of the payment will be refunded later. If citizens apply for a subsidy, then in this case they do not necessarily belong to the preferential category. If a family’s utility costs exceed 22% of family income, the family will be entitled to compensation.
