Educational program: the procedure for notifying owners of premises in an apartment building about a general meeting

It is reported, in particular, that in accordance with Part 4 of Article 45 of the RF Housing Code, the owner or another person specified in the RF Housing Code, on whose initiative a general meeting of owners of premises in an apartment building is convened, are required to notify of such a meeting no later than ten days before the date of its holding. Within the specified period, a notice of the general meeting must be sent to each owner by registered mail, unless the decision of the general meeting provides for another method of sending this notice in writing, or delivered to each owner against signature or posted in the premises of the given building, determined by such decision and accessible to all owners.
A message is also considered delivered in cases where it was received by the person to whom it was sent (the addressee), but due to circumstances dependent on him, was not delivered to him or the addressee did not read it.
