Eldar Emirov from the Bakhchisarai region — took the «silver» championship of Russia in Greco-Roman wrestling

Eldar Emirov, a pupil of the KSP UOR from the Bakhchisaray region (coaches — Viktor Soldatov and Lenur Mamedov) became the silver medalist of the Russian championship in Greco-Roman wrestling among youths under 18 years. Competitions -12 March were held in Oktyabrsky (Bashkortostan).
Eldar Emirov excelled in the weight category up to 110 kg. In the 1 / 12 finals, our countryman confidently dealt with Nurel Ryskeldiev from the Krasnoyarsk Territory, in 1/8 he defeated Ilyas Muratkhanov from Dagestan, in the quarterfinals he defeated Yegor Efimov from Tatarstan, and in the semi-finals — Dmitry Molostov from the Novosibirsk region. And only in the final Emirova managed to become Stepan Reznitsky from the Voronezh region (2: ), reports Crimean Sport.
Another pupil of the KSP UOR — Artem Ustinenko from Maryanovka, Krasnogvardeisky district (coaches — Albert Plishakov and Enver Useinov) — took fifth place in the category up to 60 kg.
Eldar Emirov and Artem Ustinenko are included in the Russian national team among boys under 18 years. In total, 455 athletes from 16 of a constituent entity of the Russian Federation took part in the championship in Oktyabrsky. Crimea was represented at the competitions by 7 wrestlers. Traditional for this age category 12 sets of awards were played.
