Electrical substations are being prepared for winter in Sevastopol

Preparing electric power facilities for the autumn-winter period is an important set of activities in the annual work cycle of power engineers, the company’s press service reported. At one of the electrical substations in the Leninsky district, network specialists performed maintenance and repair of equipment: separators, short circuiters, power transformers. At the same power facility, as part of an investment project, the capacitive current compensation device was modernized. New equipment will reduce the number of emergency outages in networks.

Similar modern systems have been installed at four more city substations in the Balaklava, Leninsky and Gagarinsky districts.
