Since January 1 of this year, the Social Fund has been launched in Russia, which combined the functions of the Pension Fund and the Social Insurance Fund. Elena Gayvoronskaya, manager of the Sevastopol branch of the Social Fund, spoke about the list of services provided, proactive information and the goals of uniting funds on the air. She also spoke about proactive information, which is when citizens receive information about all available support measures, taking into account their life circumstances.
Proactive informing aims to notify a person about the social benefits or benefits due to him in the event of certain life situations. This happens automatically, without asking. Previously, employers in various forms provided reports both to the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation and to the Social Insurance Fund. Now a single form and a single date for submitting monthly reports has been introduced. The association also affected citizens working under a civil law contract. The types of social insurance have been expanded — the introduction of a simplified reporting form will allow them to receive payments on sick leave , says Elena Gayvoronskaya.
