As of this morning, about 1,600 subscribers remain without power supply (that’s about 4 thousand people). The Head of the Republic of Crimea Sergei Aksyonov announced this today. So far the most problematic is the Simferopol region — 500 subscribers are without electricity.

Pumping water from flooded areas continues. As reported by the Republican Council of Ministers, 60 private households, 2 apartment buildings, 38 country houses, and 83 personal plots have been cleared of water. In Yevpatoria alone, over the past 24 hours, 45 households were cleared of water, while 48 remain flooded.

Work continues to eliminate the consequences of emergencies in urban districts of the Republic of Crimea. The Ministry of Emergency Situations, the emergency rescue team of the State Institution of the Republic of Crimea «CRIMEA-SPAS» and members of the KRO «ROSSOYUZSPAS» are working on the spot. More than 3,000 thousand people and 350 pieces of equipment were involved in eliminating the consequences of the emergency. Work is underway to pump water from flooded households, restore electricity, cut and clean up damaged trees and a number of other works.,” said Prime Minister of Crimea Yuri Gotsanyuk.

Since the storm passed in Crimea, 2,157 broken and fallen trees have already been removed, 692 remain in operation.
