Krympress reports:
During the operation of a special fire regime, it is strictly forbidden to burn dry grass, garbage and fire hazardous work within the boundaries of rural and urban settlements, urban districts, gardening and gardening non -profit partnerships, at enterprises, lands of all categories, with the exception of work carried out by specialized organizations in order to prevent forest fires.
According to the article 20.4. Administrative Code of the Russian Federation Violation of fire safety requirements in a special fire regime entail the imposition of an administrative fine:
- on citizens in the amount of 10,000 to 20,000 rubles,,
- for officials — from 30,000 to 60,000 rubles,,
- on persons engaged in entrepreneurial activities without the formation of a legal entity — 60,000 to 80,000 rubles,,
- For legal entities — from 400,000 to 800,000 rubles.
According to the article 8.32. Administrative Code of the Russian Federation Violation of fire safety rules in forests in the conditions of a special fire regime, an emergency regime in forests that arose as a result of forest fires, entails the imposition of an administrative fine:
- on citizens in the amount of from 40,000 to 50,000 rubles.;
- for officials — from 60,000 to 90,000 rubles.;
- on legal entities — from 600,000 to 1 million rubles.
