In addition, compliance with the law on the protection of the rights of minors will be checked— the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Crimea reported.

UPDATED. The Investigative Committee provided more details about the incident.
On the evening of July 11, a girl living in a residential complex on Zagorodnaya Street, with her mother’s permission, went down to the first floor, where there is an outdoor swimming pool on the adjacent territory. While swimming, the child suddenly went under water, was pulled out of the pool by vacationers, who provided emergency assistance to the girl, but the minor died.
The Investigative Department of the city of Yalta established that, by verbal agreement with the owner of this house, a resident of the Belogorsk district, who came to Yalta for summer work, unofficially set a fee for visiting the pool, but no safety measures were organized by him — there were no rescuers or doctors on the territory.
The suspect has been detained. Searches have been conducted at his place of residence and the place of residence of his assistant, who also illegally charged vacationers. Investigators and forensic investigators have organized urgent measures to establish all the circumstances of the tragedy. Also, as part of the investigation, an assessment will be made of the actions of the owner of the territory, who illegally rented out the pool to individuals, which resulted in the death of the child.— the Investigative Committee noted.
