CrimeaPRESS reports:
Five rescuers from the Alushta, Bakhchisarai, Sudak and Yalta rescue teams «CRIMEA-SPAS» underwent advanced training in the unmanned aerial vehicle control program (72 hours).
The training consisted of theoretical and practical parts. Within the framework of the theory, the structure and technical characteristics of UAVs, the basics of aerodynamics, and legal information on the use of airspace were studied.
In practice, KRYM-SPAS employees practiced controlling an unmanned aerial vehicle under normal conditions, with moderate interference and in adverse weather conditions. In particular, rescuers carried out an inspection of the area using a UAV and its exit to a given point— reported the emergency department.
The training has been successfully completed and all employees will receive a certificate of advanced training in the UAV control program.
