The head of the Republic of Crimea, Sergei Aksyonov, held a working meeting with the manager of the Department of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation in the Republic of Crimea Ivan Ryabokonem. As Sergey Aksyonov noted, the number of appeals from citizens related to refusals to make decisions on their statements has recently increased.

I believe that such refusals should be accompanied by oral explanations. Often the decision is made due to spelling errors or unspecified data. It is important to explain this to a citizen, indicate errors so that they can be promptly corrected and eliminated the need to re -contact the authorities— believes the head of Crimea.
Sergei Aksyonov emphasized that work in the designated direction will be strengthened from June 1.
Together with Ivan Ivanovich Ryabokonm, they agreed that the social fund of Russia in Crimea will determine employees who will contact the applicants directly to explain that it is not so as to specify the problem and solve it as soon as possible. Ivan Ryabokon clarified that until the decision was made by the refusal decision, the employees of the Unified Contact Center of the Social Fund of Russia in the Crimea will make a call to the applicant indicating the reason to prevent errors in the future.
